Billing Platform Transition Update

Our developers are currently working on our billing system to make payments and your accounts easier to access and to use. A new End User Portal is being worked on intending to give you more direct control over your account and details.

During this time while our developers work on our system, we tried a billing platform we trusted would provide a similar service to what we will provide. We had intended to use this third-party platform to offer you a stable, if temporary, system for handling your invoices and payments in a secure manner. Unfortunately, we were unable to successfully integrate all required capabilities during the initial transition.

For the moment, we have decided to move our billing to Xero instead and hope to have our updated billing system running again in the not-so-distant future. Your invoice notification emails from Kinetix Networks will now refer you to the Xero platform to view and pay online.
